Healthy vegetable Quesadilla

Ingredients (Makes 1)

  • 100 gms cottage cheese / Tofu

  • 114 Red Bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow Bell pepper
  • 2 tsp bail con
  • 2 tbp bail guengear bail

Method:

  • In a pan heat I thep of oil & add garlic, then add onion & cook till golden brown
  • Add all the veggies & cook for 5 mins.
  • Add Leasionings like red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder salt, peppel & mix well.
  • For Assembling Now spread hung and dip on the weap base Add veggies & coast the base on both sides. folding it
  • Delicious, crispy, protein vegetarian quesadilla is ready!! Serve warm.
