Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
- 5 Cup Water
- 2 TSP Oil
- 1-inch Cinnamon
- 5 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
- 2 chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion,
- 1/2 carrot,
- 100 gms French Beans
- 50 gms Green Peas
- 50 TBSP Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 TBSP Sweet Corn
- 2 TBSP Spring Onion
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper Powder
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
Method
- In a bowl take 1/2 cup ragi flour and mix with 1 cup water.
- Make sure there are no lumps in the ragi slurry.
- In a large pan heat 2 tsp oil. add all the veggies and saute it for 3-4 mins.
- Now add water, salt, and pepper and mix well and boil for 3-4 minutes, so that the water turns flavourful. you can alternatively use vegetable stock here.
- Now add ragi slurry and stir it continuously for 2 minutes.
- Boil until ragi is cooked well and turns glossy.
- Add lemon juice and garnish the soup with spring onion and enjoy it>
