High Protein Pattice

Ingredients

  • A handful of boiled kidney beans
  • A handful of boiled sprouts
  • 1/4th cup grated carrot
  • 1/4th cup finely chopped onion
  • 1tbsp oats powder
  • 1tbsp besan
  • Green chilli & ginger paste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt & garam masala & turmeric

Ingredients

  • Mash & Make small patties
  • Grill it with & tsp oil
  • Serve hot & lemon & mint chutney.
