Ingredients
- 1 cup well cooked kidney beans
- 1 medium boiled beetroot
- 60 gms of cottage cheese/tofu
- 1 inch ginger
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cardamon powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1.5 tbsp chickpeas flour
- salt
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mix seeds- Black Sesame + Sunflower + Pumpkin
Method
- Blend all ingredients into a fine paste and shape them into round kebabas.
- Heat a skillet with little oil and cook the kebabs on mediium flame.
- Serve it with curd dip or mint chutney.
