Ingredients
- Green Peas - Boiled 100gms - ½ cup
- Tofu / Low fat Cottage cheese - ½ cup
- Bell Pepper - 3 tbsp
- Onion - 1 small finely chopped
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients well. Make cylindrical shape.
- Grease a skillet with oil.
- Cook the rolls till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve it with mint dip or curd dip.
