Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 10gms - 15
- Cardamom Cloves - 1 or 2
- Dates - 2 pcs
- Water - 2 cups
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and make a smooth powder
- Add it to a pot with 2 cups of water and cook on medium flame. Keep stiring it to avoid any lumps
- Once porridge starts to thicken add 2 dates and cook it
- Make sure not to overcook the poridge as it will be super thick
- Serve it Hot or cold
