Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled & peeled sweet potato
- 2 tsp Roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp mix seeds - sessame, pumpkin, flax & sunflower
- 3 Almonds
- 3 Walnuts
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Roasted cumin seeds
- ½ cup Whisked yogurt
Method
- Heat the skillet adding 1 tsp of oil / ghee in it.
- Add Sweet Potatoes and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes till they turn golden brown.
- In a bowl add the Sweet Potatoes and remaining ingredients and toss it nicely.
- Garnish it with cilantro leaves and enjoy.
