Ingredients
- 1 big boil Sweet Potato
- ½ cup cooked Quinoa(4 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp powdered Oats
- 1 small onion
- ½ grated carrot
- 50 gms grated paneer
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 2 - 3 finely chopped green chillies
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape them round.
- Heat a skillet, brush with little oil and cook them on both sides. Serve it with mint chutney and curd.
